About Kerry
My journey in the beauty industry began in 1989 at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. For nearly three decades, my esthetic practice has flourished, working independently in well established salons. I have spent the last fourteen years working with a fabulous team in the LifeSpa at Eden Prairie Athletic before venturing out to fulfill my dream.
I have a deep passion for my esthetic craft, especially eyebrow design. Imagine making an entire career mainly on eyebrows—how fun is that?!
It was the catalyst to pursue an apprenticeship and obtain licensure in cosmetic tattooing in 2014. Fortunately, I have been trained by some of the nation’s leading experts since then.
I love to organize, improve upon, or design just about anything. Creative time in my daily life is very important. It keeps me balanced & focused, and it feeds my soul.
After enjoying downtown living for a few years, I was inspired to create a unique environment that was artful, inviting and entertaining. All the while, I was perpetually drawn to the historic 801 Lofts in the North Loop, where that intuition eventually led me to something special. Timing is everything, and in 2017, a unit became available. With a vision, determination, hard work, and persistent training, The Glam Garage Cosmetic Tattooing and Aesthetics was established. We opened our doors February 29, 2020.
I am blissfully where I am meant to be. As a proud mama of two, I see my aspiring daughters utilizing their innate talents. Meanwhile, I am living in an extraordinary community, operating this new venture along with my loving man and business partner. Yes, I am truly living the dream!

Dermaplaning is a highly efficient, safe, physical exfoliation procedure used to remove dry, dead layers, or the stratum corneum layer of the epidermis as well as vellus hair. This clinical service uses am modified surgical blade designed specifically for this purpose. This exfoliation treatment; immediately diminishes the appearance of dry, fine lines that are evident on aging skin,
increases the rate of absorption of skin care products, and provides a healthier, more radiant appearance

Consultations are REQUIRED and can be scheduled over the phone/FaceTime or in person.

Intake forms are REQUIRED to be submitted via email (theglamgaragempls@gmail.com) a MINIMUM of two days before your procedural appointment.

Appointments are not accepted for clients who have been previously tattooed by another technician. Removal is often needed and referrals can be provided upon request.

A 48 hour cancellation is requested to allow ample opportunity to fill the appointment time. While it is understandable that unforeseen situations may occur, please understand a last-minute cancellation or no-show results in lost revenue, affects livelihoods, as well as the ability to maintain a business. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Location + Parking
The Glam Garage is located in the North Loop, on the corner of Washington Ave. + 8th Ave. N., across the street from Bar LaGrassa (BLG) and Snack Bar. Enter The Glam Garage DIRECTLY from Washington Ave., suite 114. Please note, access is NOT ALLOWED through any of the secured buildings’ vestibules.
Metered street parking is available, and easy to use with the MPLS Parking app (info + download here). On side streets (NOT on Washington) metered parking is free Saturdays + Sundays, and after 5pm M–F, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF EVENT DAYS. Check the coinciding meter for applicable hours.
Parking ramps are nearby at Washington Ave. + 10th Ave. N. (closes at 8pm); and at 3rd St. N. + 10th Ave. N.
